The Snohomish County Financial Asset Development (Coalition) was created to provide tools and resources (like this website) to help Snohomish County residents build assets and true wealth.

The Coalition realizes most people define wealth as income earned by having a job. However, the Coalition also knows true wealth also includes assets such as homes, property, small businesses, and education. These kinds of assets helps people find financial security by increasing their overall worth, not just the dollars shown on their paychecks or in their drawers or bank accounts. For this reason, the Coalition is dedicated to financial security that moves people beyond just a job and onto the path of true wealth.

This website is designed for case managers and service providers to help you help clients build true wealth. Rather than searching all over the web for information targeted to financial experts who are working with clients who might be living across the country, this website is intended to link local non-financial experts to local expert information. Rather than going to sites that link you to wrong doors, every tool and resource on this website introduces you to a right door. Most of the information is worded as though you are speaking directly to a client, so that you can either use the information as a script or print it as a handout. And better yet, most of the tools and resources are free! In this way, no matter how much you know about personal finance, you can help your clients move their lives forward by building true wealth.
